Meal prep queen and Healthy Mummy Super Coach Sascha Farley admits she has a bit of a sweet tooth!
The mum-of-four reveals she was only in the kitchen for an hour and now she has enough snacks to last her a couple of weeks, if the kids don’t get in there first!
“I woke up Saturday morning and felt compelled to prep but there was no way I was taking the kids to the shops,” she says.
“I still managed to make more than 63 serves of snacks without a trip to the shops. I was also only in the kitchen for an hour from start to finish!”
Sascha has been a big fan of the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge for years. What’s more, she’s lost 30kg by following the Challenge.
“I love that The Healthy Mummy recipes think of busy mums and make them simple, quick, easy AND delicious,” she says. “I used the search function to look for what recipes I could make with what I had.
“It actually ended up being more than 63 as I cut extra serves out of the banana bread and chocolate cake!”

Sascha’s weight loss story
Before discovering The Healthy Mummy, Sascha tried a lot of different diets, a lot of restriction and a lot of all or nothing.
“I didn’t think that living a healthy lifestyle was possible to enjoy, so I thought that it was always deprivation and punishment in the gym or being unhappy with your body,” says Sascha.
“I couldn’t find the balance between the two. I didn’t have that knowledge and education.”
But now, Sascha says she feels more confident now she’s watching what she’s eating and she has more energy than ever before!
“It’s enjoyable now and I’m just generally happier and my mental health is better too, I think, from the inside out,” Sascha adds.
