The mum-of-two has dropped 30kg since signing up to the 28 Day Weight Loss Challenge and she says she now feels empowered!
“I have struggled with my weight since I was a teenager,” she says. “But now I’ve said goodbye to the up and down dieting cycle I was once on.”
Cassie has lost 30kg and loves the way she looks and FEELS
In early 2019, Cassie was searching the internet for help with her weight, as it was constantly up and down.
“It didn’t seem to matter what I did I could never keep the weight off,” she says. “I was at my heaviest and I was not in a good place emotionally or physically.
“Like most mums, I tried almost every way possible to lose weight but they all involved cutting out so many foods and it just wasn’t sustainable.”
But the gorgeous mum found that The Healthy Mummy app takes the stress out of losing weight.
“I love how there are so many meal choices and exercises and the way that it is easy for me to customise to suit my family,” she says.
“I didn’t have to cut out anything. In fact I had to eat more than I was used to. The Healthy Mummy has taught me how to look after myself and that I don’t need to miss out on anything.

In fact, Cassies says she’s gone from an unhealthy 98kg to a very energetic 68kg.
“I got my results by following the recipes on the app, having a smoothie for breakfast every day and exercising four days a week,” she says. “Now, not only am I benefiting from eating healthy food but my family is too.
“I have never felt so strong and healthy as I do right now. My favourite things about The Healthy Mummy is how it made me FEEL.”
